One more thing, could system inform us of " user id/ ref num already in use " ealier, rather than completing entire field submitting and then systme notifies

Hi

Would it be possible for the directive and corosponding certificate to be printed at the same time, also the field for business address, could this be standard for all the funds used by single emplyoer ?

Just a quick comment on your suggestion whether iTax could indicate the status of the taxpayer Income Tax Number on capturing the Taxpayer Idnr. Keep in mind that we're not SARS. It's only when the request is being processed that SARS will decline the directive due to an inactive income tax number. Therefore, iTax will not be able to confirm 'beforehand' whether the Income Tax Number is active or not, since the processing of the directive and 'inactive income tax number' are part of the SARS process and not that of iTax. I think that it would be great if itax can incorporate a section whereby if you input a member's identity number it would reflect his/her income tax reference number and the status of the number if it is active or not

Alot of the time you find that a member did not provide the administrators with a income tax reference number and it is time consuming to get the reference number from the members. Especialy with regards to a deceased member whereby the family nor the employer in some situations has a income tax reference number for the deceased and the family has to do some investigation to get hold of the income tax reference number.

Thanks for your feedback. It is always greatly appreciated. The problem of the Tax Payer box not fully loading is sometimes experienced when a client's adsl internet connection is slower than normal. Our IT department will be looking closely into this scenario in the new year. Best regards over the festive season.

I have been using the itax system for quite some time and o far my only problem is when loading NEW taxpayer and the LOADING box appears and stays too long hanging.If you close the box,then it`s not easy to start again.
